We use the combination of IP Address, Cookie ID, Install-ID, URL, and Search Term to detect potentially fraudulent and illegal uses of the Software & Services. This data is retained for 3 months to conduct fraud analysis, then deleted (except Cookie-ID and Install-ID as described below).
2.3 Business Performance Analysis
We retain Cookie-ID, Install-ID, and the count of search queries (not the actual queries) for 24 months from initial collection for internal business operations and due diligence.
2.4 Search Services (Microsoft Partnership)
We share your search terms and IP address with Microsoft, our search partner, to provide search results. You can opt out of Microsoft's personalized advertising at account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings.
2.5 Customer Support
We use support-related information to handle your requests and feedback. This information will not be linked to other data we hold about you unless you specifically ask us to do so.
